I think the whole photography thing depends on what is photographed. A good example is Chuck Clark. He said that he has photos of a Top Secret project but he wont release them until the project is declassified. I beleive he got the photos from camping out on Freedom Ridge for a few days. The occassional Satellite photo or photos from Tikaboo Peak don't show any classified projects. The base has many years of practice hiding the "good stuff" from our eyes. Now if something was captured on film, I think the authorities would make a case out of it. I am not sure how I would handle a photo of a top secret project. I don't think I would publish it until it was declassified!
