The MH-60G helicopters that patrol at Groom were identified as belonging to Ogden Air Logistics Center at Hill AFB, Utah which is a USAF Air Material Command base as is Edwards AFB where the AFFTC Det. 3 is from. AFFTC Det. 3 is supposedly at Groom. I think most people assume that Groom is part of Nellis AFB which is USAF Air Combat Command. I beleive that Groom has much more to do with Air Material Command so I would not be surprised if the F-16's also belong to the Ogden Air Logistics Center. Also the JANET aircraft are registered to the USAF with Utah address. STRONG ties between Edwards and Hill with Groom sitting in the center.....
