Well noting the evening timestamp on video, and the behavior of the light...

I would put all the money I have and a bunch that I don't on the light they "caught" actually being a satellite passing overhead.

Tracking satellites has been a hobby of mine for quite a while...and the way it appeared, flashed then "blinked out" before reaching the horizon are VERY comment traits of satellites zooming around in LEO...
