Its hard to say in advance, as different exercises are flown in different locations. Ive been there with many aircraft in the sky and Ive been there and not seen one. As a suggestion you may want to spend your extra time at Indian Springs (Creech Airforce Base). It is the home of the Predator UAVs. Its about a 45 minute easy drive from Nellis and 30 minutes from downtown Vegas. They have been super active lately and the runways are right next to the highway.Great for photo ops.
