I see the conference is the weekend before the Red Flag exercises. What generally the best days to view Red Flag in the Las Vegas and Rachel areas? I mean...are the first few days more organizational days and getting to know the area? When is the best time to view the aircraft dog fighting in the desert? Or is each Red Flag different from the last?
