The people on the inside would have to be crazy to risk a long prison term and the loss of their profession career to expose top secret information to the world at large. Where's the incentive there? By the way, sites like this are blocked from the inside. Closed secure intranets. So a person would have to be visiting this site on their own time and because of their security clearance and non-disclosure agreements even their private internet usage is monitored. Bottom line, the people on the inside know better. As far as delivering the evidence, you are asking persons to steal top secret government assets and then offer them up to the public. I can't image going to jail to show the public something they won't believe. I am sure that getting paid to play with the big toys is incentive enough to never utter a word of what you know.
