For the record: I did not say, nor did I ever say definitively, I only said possibly! Also upon reasonable speculation, plus what is known already about groom activities, such as U-2 or SR-71 that covers the reconnaissance aspect. Secondly there have been reports of new type of stealth fighter i.e. strike bomber ? and what I saw as an X-32 back in june. The conclusion one can come too is there are either reconniassance and or tactical type air breathing platforms being designed in the black world and or being flown, evaluated, combat evaluated, at 51 and or at TTR etc.
