Over 80% of the US public believes that Area 51 is or has been involved in reverse engineering Alien crafts or technology. There is a difference in the question about Roswell and a question about Uncle Larry being abducted. I would assume Roswell would be ok, Bob Lazar would be ok, but not crazy Uncle Larry stories. Discussing Area 51 without occasionally mentioning the other stuff is like eating pizza with the cheese! There is far more to Area 51 than Black Projects. There is far more to this great site than just Black Projects! You guys do a great job keeping out the Crazy Uncle UFO or Alien stories.
