That's about as generic a project title as can be generated. Not a lot of money either, to a company the size of Northrop Grumman $5,715,000 constitutes chump change. Sole source and should be ready in 2010. This is a short closed development cycle for the kind of contracts they usually have. My spitball guess would be that this is something that will serve to prove the survivability of a large contract that will be fielded in the later 2000 teens. I doubt it's a hidden ranch canidate.
