I had a friend who worked on some kind of UAV development at Draper Labs through the 90's. Back in 2000 at a New Years Eve party he told me that he was working on designing very small UAV's that were disguised. He referred to them as UAV's. He explained parastic or vampire propulsion but did not say they had achieved it. This is near 9 years later so I am guessing a lot of this must already be out there in the black world. Back in the early 90's we had a group of engineers and techs in the field and while working they saw a tree log float by. Later they learned that it was a covert surveillance device designed to fly behind enemy lines, land, and watch/record while appearing to be part of the environment. I asked my friend at the party about the log and the subject was promptly dropped.
