The specific description you gave: aircraft with lights at all 3 corners, bright thing in the center, is visible in a known hoax, and as far as I know no one's ever suggested a reasonable idea for an aircraft that has bright light coming from the bottom, center. I'd be more likely to believe we have active camo on planes than that the gov't would be stupid enough to make a "secret" plane so obvious.
