Well, like much else in the area, I think you'd be largely on your own.
I doubt the cammies would ever get close enough (or you to them) to relay an emergency like that without an incident. Even if, I don't think the emergency response time would be much different. You'd like to think that a life-or-death situation might elicit a different attitude but in the climate of the area I doubt any deviation from the protocol they exhibit now would occur.
