I dont think the issue here is entrapement, which is where the government would get you to do a criminal act where otherwise you wouldnt (like an informant getting you to rob a bank). I think what you are trying to articulate is a necessity defense. I have no idea how these defensesd play out in Neveda, but the problem with your situation is that you know you were trespassing and therefore had the itent to commit the crime when you crossed the line.
