On the link page in the picture, Connie, Pat (hidden in the pink blouse) and Bill (in BB cap) and Jay (beyond Bill) are from the Inn. They are against it.

Jim Medlin (Steve's brother) is for it. It looks like him on the right hand side just to the right of the guy at the table with the green shirt.

Small town politics... gotta love it.
