That location, just west of Cedar Pass, does indeed have a lot of small facilities and various antenna towers. Most of the stuff, just like the installations in the mountains around Cedar Gate Road, has been put there within the last two years. And it seems every time I check there is more. An excellent observation point is from a hill about 1/2 mile west of Silverbow, an old mining camp.
