A little at a time is valid during my experience at TTR I saw Reeco employees layed off and Loral LTTS began operations and a few years later CABACO INC. took on the operations. REECO also saw partial contract losses during the reconfiguration of Site 4 when EG&G reconfigured the Technical services division. Many departments once REECO were disolved and let to other contractors over the years. This is my example of a little at a time.
