It seems that this thing does not pose any serious threat to the base. If it did, the government would have moved or will move.

IMHO, this private clink doesn't necessarily work against the Federal Government's favor.......more light in the valley acting to obfuscate night-time activities.....more traffic and eyes seeing "nothing" only serves to further insulate the GLR installation....etc.

An undeniable commercial enterprise in the area providing no material evidence of "oddities" in the area can only be good for GLR. The area's practices will change little.
