Perhaps you can help straighten out my paradigm on this matter. It seems a group of people who regularly exercise their rights as US citizens by: Utilizing the Freedom of Information Act; Climbing to the top of a remote peak to view a top secret base; Paying to have a commercial satellite redirected to take unexpected photos of a classified installation, all under the auspices of our constitutional rights, are now trying to take away a man's basic right to do what he wishes with his own land. At first brush this seems to reek of hypocracy. Am I the only one feeling this way? Please help me to understand.
