if its novel/fiction type books, there is Dale Brown, especially his books like "Flight of the Old Dog" and others in that series. not exactly area 51 by name.

there's also a good scifi series by an author using the psuedo name Robert Dougherty - the series is called "area 51", and ties in a lot of folklore with aliens. I thought these were pretty good as far as scifi goes and recommend them.
