According to the time stamps it would have taken 3 minutes for the object to travel the distance indicated in the pics. Thirty seconds would be too long for the distances indicated.

I don't know if it's a kite or a suspended model or a what.....but it doesn't look like a real airplane travelling at expected speed.

Besides, can't see much reason for flying a "secret" airplane over residential areas in broad daylight for extended periods of time into a civilian airport.
