There are birds there around Groom, TTR, etc. There was a bird watcher there who was having mechanical trouble with his truck. He was parked on the gravel spot near the ET highway, and set up a spotting scope to let us observed various birds that he picked out just by listening for their calls. Further, he has done studies at the TTR documenting what birds are there. The same for the nearby hills like the Quinn range.

I've seen the vultures picking at the road kill. They fly away as a vehicle approaches, so you may not see them unless you drive with a red shift.

Now the question is:

Do the aliens multilate the cattle if the cattle have seen too much?
