Bad part? Driving to LV. A quick flight is always good if the money is right. We'll have to start earlier and get home later now and cramp our vacation dates. Good? We'll actually spare a little cash versus the airline cost and I can carry along a firearm with us. Not having any means of defense out there on BLM land has bothered me but now I guess it's settled. Other goods: We can stay or go as we please. And, I will post pics of me and my Texas plated Ford on the range for memories.
Well, after having delayed and waffled (as I'm want to do on some things) I've booked a few days in Vegas at the Sahara beginning Monday. Originally, 2 months ago, I had a whole intinerary on Expedia for flight/hotel/car and this week as I went to cash in on them (obviously, of course) prices had changed. Did some quick figuring and driving through was now cheaper than flying at the late date so we will drive out and stay as opposed to fly and rent a donk.
