Welcom back! The array is a mobile microwave relay. When they were done setting it up the three dishes were pointed in three different directions. One was pointed at Cedar Peak. The other two were pointed further south, but I did not try to figure out what they were pointed at.
The setup looks temporary. It is either set up for JEFX, or in support for a project with limited duration.
