Received conflicting replies to my query about object.
Some say it appears to be heat/body/movement sensor system relay... hmmm... but my question would be why in plain sight, somewhat defeating its purpose?
(unless it was placed there deliberately to throw people off track that that area is closely monitored
when the opposite may equally be true)....

the other comment and much more believable is that it has something to do with missile tracking/defense systems ???

IF this is true then you will find a number of the units in a pattern; for example, diagonally across the installation.
