Well, this is the best I can do. Not sure if its a bird. Its clearly visible in the negative, too.
The photo was taken on 9/28/2000 between 2 and 3pm from a an elevated location near the TTR main gate looking towards the TTR airport. I remember seeing a small Beechcraft executive jet taking off from TTR, and trying to take a photo of it. Not sure if thats what it is. Unfortunately I only had an 80mm lens with me. Don't remember any other flight activity.
