The photo was taken on January 5, 2003. The camera is located about 25 feet south of one of the regular style surveillance cameras atop Freedom Ridge (these were installed after the viewpoint was annexed). I took the shot from about 1/2 mile away as I was walking the new boundary line east of Freedom Ridge. The camera appears to be either a film camera or a video camera.
