Look at North Las Vegas, Calienti, and Mercury, then sort of average the results.

It only has a 5 day forcast, so it is not exactly what you are looking for, but is better than nothing. It looks like winter has arrived early this year to the high desert, so what exacty were you planning to do? Just video from the road? That should work. Find a local to take you to Hawkeye Hill, which will let you see the guard shack. Maybe you could look at the TTR from Brainwash Butte, which is a pretty easy off road drive.

I see it is going to snow in Mercury tonight. Tuesday through Thursday will be rainy. Doesn't sound like good photo weather to me.

I was in Groom in January this year and it was quite nice, so you never know. It was hot enough to work up a sweat climbing in the hills.
