There is also a good spot for watching on the eastside of Plant 42. From the intersection of Avenue N and 50th Street East, then turn west on Avenue N, go down til you see the corner of the perimeter fence, then make a u-turn and park on the opposite side of the street as the base fence. Security will watch you, but will leave you alone as long as you don't approach the fence, and the farm people going about their business will usually leave you alone, although will give you funny looks, lol.
