To help put a time frame on the picture, it was scanned from a Dutch magazine called 'Flight Operations' of which I was only ever aware of two issues. The magazine (published in April 1983) is devoted to the Thunderbirds and states they got their first F-16s in June 1982. It includes a shot of the T'Bird hangar with two F-16As and two T-38As. (There is also a shot of a Thunderbird F-16A and parked behind is a white MU-2 - possibly one of the 4477 TES/4450 TG aircraft ?).
