To me, as a lay person pilot type, the most obvious difference is the nose. The SR-71 has a knife-edged perimeter that extends from the leading edge of the wings clear around the nose (horizontally) where the YF-12A seems to have a more conical nose with a spire tip. There also seems to be intakes on either side of the nose on the YF-12A that the others don't have.
