Here we go man, page 199 of splash one : "in 1965 and iraqi pilot had defected to isreal in a MiG 27, in August 1966 another followed with the real prize, a MiG 21...... IAF pilots flew the MiG in mock combat.... After gaining their experience, the isrealis almost certainly passed the MiG 21 onto the USAF for similar excercises" But sadly no mention of the documentation/administrative processes.
PS... i used to be a strong Man Utd fan, interest in football.... sorry "soccer" hehe, has kinda drifted off. However, they are playing well, its entertaining to watch and if they are playing someone like Arsenal, then im cheering them on.
