The guy is a nut case, but you would think the publisher would 86 the voices in the head part since the publisher wants to make money.

Incidentally, when you do underground structures, there is always the problem of getting rid of the dirt. Lots of sites with bunkers have mounds of poorly engineered dirt nearby, so they are not very secret. There is one bunker hill in the Marin Headlands that is just plain dangerous due to poorly engineered fill.
