On top of this as my mind worked through the implications of this event, with only 21 built and each and every one being very important to training and ops, will the USAF try to salvage and rebuild this crashed unit? And, if beyond repair, will a special appropriation be made to have N-G new build a replacement and what would that cost? A decade since that last one was made and so on.

To go even further, if the USAF didn't make such a request and was apparently fine with losing one, could we infer anything from it? Are there other means and methods of projecting power that would make the loss of a B-2 marginal considering the advances in technology? Thinking about it the B-2 is 20+ year old tech and material (as hard as they may seem to be.)
