Tough to get a "pass" in violation of FARs. Landing a Super Cub with tundra tires in the boonies is "normal", landing a jet at night on a highway is not "normal operation of an aircraft". Another hoax. Although the thought is intriguing.... If you had good enough camera gear you would get some great shots. The restricted airspace is actually about 13 nautical miles from the base. You would be in the Desert MOA, however and I am sure you would be followed and probably questioned after your flyby. I was thinking a hot air balloon in that area would be the best platform, but knowing my luck the wind would send me in the wrong direction ;-)
