Correct me if I'm wrong, but I see that the site is slightly east of the NTS boundary and slightly west of the DNWR boundary. It is also outside of the original land area of the base. Does the fact that this site that we are looking at isn't within (albeit very close to) the Groom boundaries mean that it has something to do with the rest of the Range and not Groom Lake itself?
