Unfortunately a live feed would cost a bit more than a couple of bucks a month. When I worked downtown SF I maintained a live web cam for my employer at the time. You were able to pan around, and zoom in on cars on the Bay Bridge, up to 12x. Naturally a web cam was one of the first things I looked into when I came to Rachel. Turns out that the current infrastructure there does not allow for a reliable web camera that is of any use, i.e. allows user interaction and a near-realtime frame rate.
The good news as far as scanner audio is concerned is that we have some audio clips of range security, Janets and the Groom Lake VOR in our "More info" section. More clips to come soon, perhaps even a few video clips from Tikaboo...
