longest runway? out of service?

hi, i was looking at the new updated google earth image and i noticed that the main run way the lonest one has (Xs) on it does that mean it is not used any more and is out of service or something else, also i was wondering if that same run way is still the longest run way in the world or not thanks

ps: and the new image joins up groom road correctly unlike before so good good
