Looks like a drone to me and the assessory under the wing is probably just a mock up or perhaps a acmi pod. Orange Tail usually a Drone from Davis Montham, AZ. See how it's out on the runway, chocked. Drone getting ready to go get shot down. Just my opinion of this photo
