One of the defensive measures that our warfighters have employed to defeat emplaced IEDs and IBIEDs is VERY effective disruption of signals sent to trigger the devices. Some of the items used include simple garage door openers,cell phones and remote control handsets used for toy cars and planes. Anyone that used a hopped up amateur RC would probably have their project simply drop out of the sky only to see it again at their federal trial! When it comes to technology, do NOT think that our military does not have much more exotic devices that is publically known!
