I've never been able to see the "mysterious pylon" at A-19 either. I see a normal power line going up there but it's not a high tension thing. I don't see any kind of transformers or other terminal equipment at 19. There's target armor up there. Hardly the kind of place where you'd want the center of all power distribution.
