Has anyone ever had the idea to sit on top of Tikaboo peak for an extended amount of time with expensive advanced surveillance equipment in order to fully document the types of flights that are departing from Area 51? Most likely it is an understood fact by personnel working at Area 51 that flights taking off from the Groom Lake Runways are viewable by the public, which would back up the claims that the Papoose Lake facility, or S-4, is most likely where the newer experimental aircraft are being tested..? Is there anyway to view the S-4 facility from a public standpoint? Thoughts comments?
