There isnt a way to hide stuff. Most sat images available for free only have day images available, nothing much to see during the day except J356
the buildings, cars, security helicopter. If there happened to be something in one of the free sat images the gov't might do something about it. Bought images, like the ones DLR bought, there isnt really anything they could about what's on that image.
