A company engaged in such sensitive business as Howland is unlikely to be taking pictures of radar facilities from distant mountains. I'm still surprised they have posted the images they have (including mine).

BTW, if you compare the image Howland has on their site versus Joerg's one here, it becomes obvious they are not the same. Notice the shadows are quite different. In Joerg's picture the shadows are directly away from the camera. In Howland's pic the shadows are southerly and to the left of tall objects. They were taken from the same point (duh!) but at different times or dates.
