The antenna with the cammo box is quite interesting. A sign says that it belongs to DOE, and the four loop-shaped elements are slightly offset to each other, but point roughly at Groom. And unlike most of the other antennas I was unable to pinpoint their frequency with my counter, even from only a couple of inches away. It seemed to fluctuate around 615 MHz.
