I am not an expert in radar systems (HF Technology was my worst grade when I got my MS EE long time ago). Am I correct in assuming that for radar calibration the reflectors should be directed at the radar you want to calibrate? Unless you have an external calibration source or target in a different location.
Not sure what backscatter reduction is. Is the above true for this, too?
