so I guess it makes more sense why those two view points were put into restricted area. It also makes sense that the lights go off right away too. Would night vision be something they would be concerned about; would they somehow check to see if you had it? And since I have never been to tikaboo or spent a night there, there actually is something to see, somewhat?

I also assume most of bases lights are off, people staying on base are allowed to see or are they put in a hole during test flight. Then let's say a flight is successful is more work done at night or is it put away until the engineers are there( if they leave at night or they sleep at night)?
