For those that live in Vegas and want to see this up close, about two weeks ago their was one parked along the wall on Las Vegas Blvd. It was north of the main gate about 1/2 mile. It was on the street side in front of the chopper pad and next to where they park the AWACS. If its not there I have also seen it spotted on the east side of the base. You can see it from the backgate. Hollywood Blvd. off of Lake Mead Blvd. Guess thats why they call it portable. Ive also seen them at Creech next to the new Reaper hanger.
