No, it is not a test. I am looking for information on the setup. It appears to be connected to a new Black Project, but I am not sure. The photos were not taken at Nellis, or at Groom, but at an airfield even more remote. For now I am not sure if it is a good idea to publish the location. That is why I have edited the picture.
