Agreed on the size. But, a part of the new hangar, the part that is already covered in the new Google images, appears to be offices and/or storage. The UCAV, if that's what it is, may not need as much room. But perhaps they are containing all support, electronics controls etc. in the same building. Agreed, though, two smaller buildings would make more sense in that case. Again, this is all speculation.
