I'm SHOCKED. This is OLD new's. It was a V-100 armored vehicle.
It uses large wheels rather than tracks. They are well know to be top heavy.
What's so "secret" or mystical about a marine PFC driving too fast and attempting
to corner a vehicle of this nature???
